Initial Comments:
An unannounced onsite follow-up survey conducted on December 8, 2023, found that Aveanna Healthcare had corrected the deficiencies cited under PA Act 54 of 1999, The Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Centers Act, 35 P.S., Section 449.61. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on October 20, 2023.
